Critics Challenge MOOC Leaders to a Debate
Campaign for the Future of Higher Education has challenged the leaders of Udacity, edX, and Coursera to a debate about the “claims and promises” of the online education industry. Based on their video, the Campaign is saying that MOOCs aren’t available for low income people they claim to serve because they don’t have access to the internet, among other things. As of this morning, neither Daphne Koller, Anant Agarwal, and Sebastian Thrun have accepted the challenge.
