Noyo adds travel specific app for Kindle to Spanish lineup

Noyo, a Boston-based educational software startup, has launched a new Kindle Fire App as part of its growing Spanish line-up: one specifically oriented to families traveling abroad to Spanish-speaking countries.

Available on the Amazon Appstore, Noyo Spanish Travel allows kids and adults to learn or practice essential Spanish vocabulary before hopping on the plane to their destination. Additionally, it can be a faithful on-the-spot dictionary for most travel situations.

“We carefully sorted through our Spanish content and re-edited it to create an app that will help users get the most out of their vacations to Spanish-speaking countries,” says Micaya Clymer, Product Manager at Noyo. “We hope that our app will help kids–and their parents!–have fun while preparing for their trip.”

“The experience traveling abroad is always enhanced when you can communicate with the locals. Practicing 15 minutes a day with Noyo Spanish Travel before your trip will help you to build a foundation of vocabulary for every travel situation,” says Mike Sullivan, Chief Learning Officer at Noyo.
