New site to educate on social media privacy

According to PEW internet research, 48% of social media users report some difficulty in managing their privacy settings and are concerned for the safety of their data online.  Enter Priveazy.com, a recently launched social media education site that aims to both explain and tame the privacy settings beast using lessons, video tutorials, and checklists.

“We hope to provide an easy to use and easy to understand educational platform that removes the feeling that it is difficult to manage your personal privacy and safety online,” said Jay Herbison, CEO and Founder of Priveazy.com. “Priveazy.com is designed to be the place where your kids, you and your Mom can all learn quickly how to manage privacy on the Internet and then feel better moving on to doing what you want to do online.”
