Sophia & Capella University team up to offer series on the flipped classroom

Sophia.org has partnered with Capella University to offer a series of tutorials on creating a flipped classroom. Teachers who complete the tutorials, which should take between two to four hours, are eligible to recieve a professional development certificate.

Originally introduced in April 2012, the tutorials include topics like “What is the Flipped Classroom?”, “Differentiation via the Flipped Class”, and “Technology & Resources.”
