Educational games developer MindSnacks raises $6.5 million from Sequoia

MindSnacks, developer of educational games for iOS, announced today that it has raised $6.5 million from Sequoia Capital to expand its portfolio beyond language acquisition and test preparation.  With over 4 million downloads, MindSnacks is expanding its subject offerings by hiring more engineers and designers.
