Should the DOJ continue to pursue Apple?
The DOJ has been in hot pursuit of Apple and major publishing houses for quite a while, and this past spring, the Eric Holder led department took its findings and pressed forward in a lawsuit against Apple and publishing houses Macmillian, Penguin, Hachette, HarperCollins and Simon & Schuster. All of the information pointed to one thing: a small dunk anti-trust case.
In recent weeks, however, there has been a sudden offensive to the Justice Department suit, as well as a settlement that three of the publishers have reached with the Justice Department.
