Rafter acquires HubEdu
4 months post launch, HubEdu, a San Diego startup that provides analitycs and other tools to universities, has been acquired by textbook rental service Rafter, which itself was formed in a rebranding of Chegg competitor BookRenter. HubEdu is the first acquisition for the company, which offers a cloud based platform that aims to improve accessibility of course material.
