CO State U Organizational Performance & Change M.Ed. now online
Colorado State University’s highly regarded Organizational Performance and Change M.Ed. is now offered online.
The program utilizes the latest research on organizational development, change management, and performance improvement.
“This program takes students’ skills beyond designing and delivering workplace and organizational learning programs, and moves them toward becoming strategic business partners in their organizations,” said Thomas Chermack, Ph.D., organizational performance and change assistant professor. “These skills give students the capacity to deliver custom improvement interventions that make teams, processes, and organizations function more effectively.”
