The traditionally non-traditional SUNY Empire State is the latest college to join a growing list of accredited partner schools working with StraighterLine
to award StraighterLine students full transfer credit should they enroll in their school.StraighterLine’s pricing is a bit different than other online course providers, as they utilize a subscription model. A student can take StraighterLine’s self paced introductory level courses for $99 per month plus a $39 course registration fee. StraighterLine courses have been evaluated and recommended by the American Council on Education’s College Credit Recommendation Service (ACE CREDIT).
“StraighterLine’s coursework fits perfectly with SUNY Empire State College’s commitment to flexible and affordable pathways to a college degree,” Burck Smith, CEO of StraighterLine said in a press release. “Together, we’re thrilled to be able to offer affordable pathways for students.”
