Luidia releases cloud compatible whiteboard app eBeam Connect

Luidia, creators of the eBeam series of educational apps, programs, and software, recently announced the beta version of their newest project, eBeam Connect.

The new application allows users to remotely annotate a slideshow or whiteboard from any tablet PC with a screen resolution of 1024 by 768. Viewers can then see the changes made to the presentation in real time through Cloud technology on any number of devices — from iPhones to Desktops. Users viewing the presentation can make their own personal notes, but the main tablet is the only one that can add notes to the original.

A full suite of annotation tools is available. Users have a variety of options available to mark up a document as they see fit, including multiple pen colors, templates for adding text, and image uploading capability. Full support for eBeam Engage, a wireless-enabled virtual whiteboard, is also available via Luidia.
