The SXSWedu conference ended March 8. Here are three of many buzzed about products that took center stage at SXSWedu:
1. Pearson debuted their new iBooks, which aim to help teachers “offer a learning experience illuminated with color, video, 3D animation and other interactive images.” Read more at prweb.com
2. Pathbrite introduced its next-generation ePortfolio platform and knowledge graph. Pathbrite ePortfolios “enable individuals to go beyond static resumes to vividly chronicle and showcase a lifetime of achievement in order to secure important goals like getting into a preferred school or landing a first job.” Read more at prweb.com
3. “Reading Rainbow” host LeVar Burton, who gave the March 6 keynote, discussed the upcoming mobile app centered around the popular children’s show, which ran for 26 years before it was cancelled in 2009. Read about the “Reading Rainbow” app on Mashable.com
